Board Managed Homeowner Association

Dear Homeowners,


On December 14, 2022, the Board of Directors met and held a public forum with homeowners to discuss the management of our Homeowners Association. For over 20 years, we have worked with Property Specialists, Inc. (PSI) to manage our association.


Over the course of the past few months, the Board has spent time reviewing the monthly services performed by PSI and feels that as a Board, we can take on those responsibilities.


By becoming a Board Managed Homeowners Association, we will be able to save a significant amount of money. We will be able to utilize those funds budgeted for the 2023 management fee to increase the treatments of the pond and to perform other deferred maintenance to our great community.


The Board put the decision to vote and it was decided to move forward with this plan. Effective January 1, 2023, the Board of Directors will manage the affairs of the association and serve the homeowners to effectively maintain our neighborhood.


Many homeowners have already received the 2023 assessment invoice from PSI. If you have already paid your 2023 dues, do not worry. We are working with PSI to have all of the funds transferred to the new bank account. If you have not yet paid the dues, please disregard the invoice and payment instructions from PSI. Enclosed are a new invoice and payment instructions.

All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee.


If you wish to pay online, we have set up a new portal at www.Harvest-Hill-Homeowners.com Please create a login and you can pay electronically. There is a 3.04% processing fee for online payments.


The total assessment is due January 1, 2023. There will be a $25.00 late fee for payments received after January 31, 2023. If you wish to make smaller weekly payments between now and January 31, you are welcome to do so. You are responsible for tracking your payments to ensure the full amount is paid by January 31, 2023.
